We will not store IP addresses and technical details of the browser used. Cookies are only set on the contact form.
Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in your browser cache. Session cookies do not include any personal data and expire at the end of each session.
Contact Form
If you contact us via e-mail or contact form, all information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request as well as for possible follow-up questions.
We retain your personal data only as long as needed for achieving the purposes stated therein or as stipulated by the various storage periods provided for by the legislator. After the ending of the respective purpose or the expiry of the periods the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted routinely and in accordance with the legal provisions.
Your rights of access, rectification, blocking, erasure and opposition
You are entitled at all times to obtain access to any personal data we have stored about you. Likewise, you have the right of rectification, blocking or – apart from the prescribed data storage for the execution of transactions – deletion of your personal data.
In order for a blocking of data to be taken into account at any time, these data must be kept in a lock file for control services.
Further, you can demand the deletion of data, as long as there is no statutory storage obligation. Provided there is such obligation, we block your data upon request.
You can make modifications or a revocation of your consent with future effect upon giving appropriate notice to us.
Usage of Adobe Typekit Fonts
To display our website we use Typekit service by Adobe. In the course of the Typekit service provision no cookies are set or used, but the used web fonts are made browser compatible on the respective website. This is amongst others helpful when using the website using a mobile device.
To provide the Typekit service, Adobe can collect information about the fonts which are being used on our server. This information is only used for compliance with Adobe regulations and can include the following:
• Provided fonts and ID of the sentence
• Service, which provides the fonts (e.g. Typekit or Edge Web Fonts)
• Application, which requests the fonts (e.g. Adobe Muse)
• Server, which provides the fonts (e.g. Typekit-Server or Enterprise CDN)
• Account ID and host name of the page on which the fonts are being loaded
